  18. We noticed this as well here, and spent a little while trying to figure out
  19. why it was happening. It turns out to be so much easier to build a sky object
  20. in this case that we chose to do so rather than goof with this any further.
  21. I didnt call impulse because as far as I knew, 4.0 is the last amiga version, 
  22. and those lazy bastards cant even come up with a printed manual, much less a
  23. reasonably detailed textfile that describes the new program. I'm sorry, but
  24. a few lines explaining each new feature is NOT enough to understand them and
  25. use them easily. But, it could be much worse, from what I hear, the PC version
  26. has a very serious index of refraction bug that makes ALL glass look wrong.
  27. I hope Impulse gets their act together and at least provides some documentation
  28. and possibly a version of their program with hooks so that 3rd party devs can
  29. write add-ons. Impulse gets mad and claims that they dont have time anytime
  30. you ask them for a new feature, even after they flat out lied to us in writing
  31. about the feature set for imagine 3.0 (most of their promised features from
  32. over a year ago didnt even make it into the recent 4.0 release). It seems that
  33. allowing hooks for 3rd party addons would relieve Impulse of some of the 
  34. "burden" of actually supporting their customers, which they often claim is 
  35. just far too much to expect for such an inexpensive program.
